The operating principle of the double rail system is simple – it relies on plates that slide parallel to each other. The formworks are ideal for excavations with a depth of 4 to 6.2 meters and openings up to 2 meters. Installing the system is straightforward and requires the use of an excavator weighing from 24 to 31 tons. The required force is relatively low, as the plates are removed one by one, greatly facilitating the entire process.
Like other formworks in our offer, the post system is available in many variants. This allows you to tailor the best solution to customer expectations and specific earthwork. Our offer includes 4 types of posts, differing in length and weight. We also have multiple plate options. Therefore, we can choose the right type in terms of plate length and height, working length, strength, thickness, and weight. Our customers receive professional equipment and expert advice. One of the advantages of the SD system is undoubtedly the ability to choose posts and plates with different parameters, making it easier to fit into specific earthworks. We have posts ranging from 2 to 5.5 meters, which is why double-style SD formworks can be used in excavations with such different depths. Our offer also includes various plate sizes. Plate strength ranges from 36.50 to 101.20 meters. Plates are available in two heights: 1.4 and 2.4 meters.
