ROLLER POST SYSTEM (SRR)
Roller post systems with spacing between rollers (SRR) are ideal for excavations with significant depth and width. The availability of various column and slotted roller plate variants allows the best adaptation of formwork to specific construction needs.
The SRR system is a top solution for excavations with a depth exceeding 4 meters and a width surpassing 3.5 meters. The formwork operates at depths of up to 6.2 meters and in trench widths ranging from 1.24 to 7 meters. Assembling it requires an excavator weighing between 24 to 31 tons. A distinctive feature of the system is a raised ground guard above the impulse and the ability to move it along the trench, enabling effective operation during the installation of very large-diameter pipes.
These types of formwork systems work exceptionally well in wide excavations, making the properly selected roller drains crucial. They ensure the safety of workers and protect the infrastructure in the area.
Both new and second-hand roller post formwork with roller thresholds are available in our range in various versions. One of the essential parameters is the plate dimensions, which vary in terms of length, height, thickness, working length, field length, strength, and weight. One of the crucial parameters is, of course, the strength, which, depending on the dimensions, ranges from 36.50 to 101.20 kN/m². Roller-bearing columns are also available in different variants. They differ not only in length, weight, and height but especially in bending resistance, ranging from 307 to 927 kNm. The durability of the formwork means that it can be not only purchased but also rented and used repeatedly in various works. A roller bar for the SSR system with the appropriate length, width, flange, and weight is also necessary. The minimum excavation size (depending on the deflection variant) ranges from 1.24 to 1.83 meters.
