KD MUD SUPPORT CHAMBER
Our excavation formwork offer also includes mud support chambers. A wide selection of variants with different parameters and adapted bars means that we easily choose the best solutions for specific earthwork.
The chambers are composed of two guides (plates) with a height of 1 meter, steel KD VI/8 beams, and bars with adjustable 98×700 screws. They are perfect for working at greater depths than box formworks. They can be used at a depth of up to 6.2 meters and a trench clearance of 2.5 to 4 meters. An excavator weighing from 24 to 31 tons will be suitable for installation. The mud chamber is available in several variants, differing in weight, length, height, and plate resistance, as well as thickness and working length.
Our offer includes extension pipes with a length of 0.3 to 2.5 meters, allowing for a perfect fit of the formwork to the trench width. Therefore, we offer our clients not only proven equipment but also professional advice.
The use of a mud chamber greatly facilitates earthwork, especially in laying installations. This is mainly due to the large working space that increases working comfort.
Mud chambers operate even in places where there are dense reinforcements or other types of obstacles. They allow you to obtain a comfortable working space and thus increase work efficiency. We have a wide range of mud chambers, so we can choose a solution with the best parameters for specific earthworks. In addition to steel dowels and bars with adjustable screws, plates acting as guides are required. Our offer includes plates with resistance from 61.20 to 261.20 kN/m². Thanks to this, the chamber will function where high soil pressure prevents the use of light boxes. We also have complete sets of bars and extension pipes: pins, extension connectors, bar tips, pipes, and extension pipes of various lengths. Thanks to this, the installation of the mud chamber is simple and quick, and the joints are durable.
