SOIL PLATE SUPPORT BOX
Our offer includes various formwork systems designed for excavations of different depths. One of the most commonly chosen solutions for working at a depth of approximately 6 meters is the soil boxes. The provided formworks have high quality, and the reinforced walls come in various sizes, adaptable to different construction works.
The box consists of two plates (or guides) with a height of 1 meter, adjustable screw bars 98×700, as well as steel wheels KD VI/8. A version with additional reinforcement is also available. In our offer, we have placed soil boxes in many variants, allowing us to choose the optimal solution for each customer. The formworks vary in terms of plate length and height, thickness, working length, weight, and strength.
The simple adjustment makes it easy to adapt the formwork to specific earthworks and the width of the trench. Up to 6 extension pipes can be used in our soil boxes available in our offer. Thanks to a wide range of formwork systems, we guarantee our customers robust formworks that comply with current standards of quality and safety, as well as professional advice.
The soil support box is a combination of the advantages of the box formwork and a soil chamber, making this solution perfect for excavations up to 6.2 meters deep. A wide range of parameters allows you to adjust the right solution for specific activities and customer capabilities.
Formwork is necessary to ensure safety in excavations of different sizes and depths. The soil box has been equipped with plates (guides) with a height of 1 meter. The strength of the plates varies from 61.20 to 261.20 kN/m². Our offer also includes sets necessary for fixing the extension pipe: pins, extension connectors, toron tips, wires, and extension pipes of various lengths. There are pins and other elements with different weights to choose from, so you can adjust them to the rest of the formwork. The movements for soil boxes make the formwork work in excavations with a depth ranging from 2.5 to 4 meters.
