STANDARD BOX SB 100
The Standard Box SB 100 formwork is one of the most commonly chosen systems by our clients. It stands out among other cassette formworks due to its extremely high durability, and the reinforced walls come in various sizes, adaptable to different construction works.
The Standard Box SB 100 is the heaviest and most durable among box formworks. It features an extremely robust construction, complemented by adjustable 98×700 type gauges. Therefore, this formwork is most often used for excavations up to 5.2 meters in depth and a clearance height of up to 2.1 meters. An excavator weighing from 9 to 13 tons with an extension of 18-31 tons is suitable for installing the formwork system. The formworks are available in over 20 variants, differing in terms of plate length and height, weight, working length and height, thickness, or resistance.
Due to the adjustable 98×700 screws, changing the width between the formwork plates is straightforward: you only need to insert and connect with a pin with a wire the corresponding number of extension pipes. Our offer includes extension pipes ranging from 0.3 to 2.5 meters in length. Thanks to this, adjusting the formwork is smooth, and the system can be precisely adapted to the trench width.
Some of our systems are more widely used than others, and this is the case with Standard Box SB 100 formworks – these are the most frequently used formworks in excavations up to 5.2 meters in depth.
Box formworks owe their versatility primarily to the many available dimensions, as columns and plates come in various variants. Our offer includes over 20 casings with different parameters. The minimum resistance of the casing is 24.5, and the maximum is 60.0 kN/m². The plates also differ in height, which ranges from 1.40 to 2.6 meters. Due to this fact, Standard Box SB 100 formworks can be used extensively. It is also crucial to adjust the width of the box, so formwork bars are required.
